IMHO, we are not going to hear any infrastructure solution with BBIG at least until next CR is over. Given the that Todd was perhaps only one to participate in full in the last CR (don't know whether OCJ participated or not), why Todd would help to announce the news and get the SP going up before the Next CR? But what I can do is my decision and that is HOLD HOLD HOLD. News has to be published eventually at some point. This time I am thinking to participate in the CR if I can managed the fund needed.
