I think the reason for this CR is below

Net cash from / (used in) operating activities (2,286)
e) other non-current assets (including development of nano-satellite and launch services) (2,737)


Absolutely no money in the bank after $5m spent in the quarter!

BUT why they are waiting until the last minute to do this CR?! I think they are waiting for funding agreement, but they need to meet the payment term which forced them to do a CR at lower SP.
