Highly unlikely a company like Oracle would consider an acquisition of this size for unproven technology with only moderate differentiation.
NOR technology has no proven or even suggested AI or ML capabilities. NOR doesnt have the customers or revenue. There also needs to be more than one party interested to be able to sell at premium. The suggestion of a takeover is laughable really.
