Oracle hasnt reached out to NOR. NOR is part of the marketplace. The marketplace is like an app store. Tens of thousands of providers. Oracle does not endorse content or companies in the marketplace.

20x in next 12 months. $400m MC.

More likely to be still at 1c in 12 months tbh
