Our competitors are who they have always been... and this is what PO was referencing... here in Aus, Telstra is a competitor.. just to name one... we are enhancing our platform not building some new ai product as you seem to think...
You don't seen Telstra offering mobile text and voice sentiment analysis... what's next improved search and info retrieval... this is what PO means with "2 steps ahead" of competitors... all cos of our ML capabilities...clean data imo
