Agree on patience, i have bucketloads o f it when it comes to PE as it has always been a side story for me.
Not sure why i need to be cautious on concluding FAR knew it could have taken this long? They're intelligent people, and i would be astonished to know that a delay until second half of F19 could mess their plans around.
