Well, this post is basically just made up. Wet season or equipment breakdowns were not given as a reason for the delay. "Some mechanical availability issues however due to excessive capacity of the haulage fleet quarterly targets still achieved". Delays in getting paperwork processed at the Port are mentioned however.
