MoU signed with Chinese launch provider – China Great Wall Industry Corporation, toexplore the provision of launch services to SAS

 Maybe they don't need much funding because of this? Not sure. 

Also, they are in search for two directors. Sounds promising. 

But yeah, funding issue is the anchor to this stock.  Once there is clarity to how the launch of first batch of constellation, then this should fly. AT this level, its so tempting to buy more. There is more upside compared to downside.
