DB, in question time, didn't CN said that she just came back from Gambia and had discussions with the gov't? Maybe this was discussed and hopefully resolved before SAMO result.
Might be "reading" into something (don't know what), but the vol and buy/sell ratio has suddenly gone crazy. 18 mil in 2 hours is the highest it's been for a long while. Might be that it's just getting close to news.
