Yes KKW CN did say in the latest video when answering the 20% question. We knew she had been there she posted a tweet from there and given the FAR office is in the same building as the ministry I'm sure she spoke to them.
I suspect KKW that The Gambia being so poor that they rely heavily on outside advice on these issues and probably why everything takes so much time to sort out.
I personally believe that FAR will be at the front of any que for Erins 20% but I'm not counting on it. DB
