The sheer audacity of this BoD to:
1. Grant PO a 60% pay-rise;
2. Grant PO oppies after his performance oppies lapse
3. Grant free oppies to the other Directors

Blows my mind.

I am awaiting the results of the AGM to understand if under the water SH's:
i. are too lazy to vote and give proxy to the chair
ii. protest and in particular vote against the Remuneration Report thus delivering a first strike
iii. roll over like a shih tzu for a pat on the belly... and vote for all resolutions.

Maybe the BoD will pull some resolutions based on feedback before the meeting.
