    We have no cash... and our CEO is taking salary advances... we made 59k last quarter and he wants 60m options for 'performance' and 'incentive'....  you can't make this stuff up...

    I am mad... If I had a MASSIVE holding like Yogi or Holla I would be absolutely livid...

    ...it's time for some new/capable blood imo....

    I'm voting AGAINST resolutions 1, 2, 4, 5 and 6.
