So has Vietnamobile beaten its 2 larger rivals (Viettel & MobiFone) to market with a Syntonic product ?

What the heck are Viettel up to ? they should have been first to go live by a country mile, but seem stuck in the slow lane.

That only leaves Vinaphone (30% market share) for Syntonic to have cornered the market in Vietnam.

Now that should be a dominant & useful position to be in to get advertisers using the product in Vietnam.
