I'd be surprised if the Polar deal is completed before the gold sale. I'm certainly not expecting anything close to $12m for the Hill End assets, but Polar would need confidence that PUA has a decent cash position.
Hopefully we see the gold sale, merger, and then a CR to fund the 1000tpa plant later in the year at a much higher SP following the release of some numbers.
ATC inching closer to financial close out. Dare I say it, but the tide may be turning for HPA...
