$1m cash, only $5m underwritten with $4.3m expenses. If minimum goes, just wait 3 months before the next CR, if max goes then its 2 quarters. More importantly, what's the point of buying another 10% of the project if the company goes broke before then, spending money they don't have. If the project is great and the Chinese will pay overs for it, why would the other parties want to sell?
