    I don't agree. If Huayou don't play ball and convert their options then there is the risk that AVZ goes under and they lose as well. Some other Chinese entity may then be given the nod.

    I think the reality of the quarterly and CR will hit home to Huayou and they will come to the party with the option conversion to keep their interests (and AVZ's) in Manono alive.
