It's already at a bargain basement price.

Huayou's best chance of acquiring the Manono resource is through a TO of AVZ. If AVZ goes under so does their direct connection with the resource. All bets would be off and the DRC government could wipe the slate clean and give the project to anyone they choose (which would probably not be Huayou if they failed to help develop the project previously). At the moment Huayou's prospects are inextricably linked to AVZ's. Either JV or TO or lose.
