95B barrels of oil a year is produced, let's say that only 20% will benefit from HCD (not the 50% they state), 19B barrels x $0.50 (not the $1 they quoting), $8b of revenue. Let's say we only get 10% of that revenue, that's 800M revenue. Now do some your MC Multiplying and well you get the idea. It is tempting and could explode. Disallowed is being conservative imo but as always DYOR.
