i think chronologically speaking, the report is up to 31/12. They announced in early Jan they haven't paid the 2mil euro yet, so I would guess the report doesn't factor any (if any) payment of the 2mil euro.

funding announcement tomorrow or next week. This quarter report spells imminent doom if no money raised in the very short term ( end of Feb they'll be out of money).
