I think the SP has remained steady because there wasn't any surprises in the Quarterly Report. The only thing that could be considered unexpected (IMO) is how long the money from the last CR has lasted. The well is looking dry now, surly funding needs to be announced soon. A CR via a SPP usually takes a little while and they are running out of runway fast, so I don't think they are going down that path. Crunch time soon! Let's hope these guys know what they are doing.
