Wouldn't it be just as illegal for PO to tell Spark about potential upcoming deals as it would be to tell certain shareholders before it was announced? I mean, is he really that stupid? The question is also, are Spark as stupid enough to believe him as us shareholders are? I wonder just how much they investigated his long history of duping investors with promises he couldn't and wouldn't keep?
