In reality it is usual for any small business to have income issues initially, especially in tech development. Small caps like Norwood if they do succeed, have an overnight success in ten to fifteen years (some earlier). I'm sure spark would have got full details on nors position with other telcos and would have been privy to information that current holders do not possess.Lets not forget their head office is based in New Zealand and the deal would have been done there with full disclosure from nor I bet.They do not have to follow ASX rules over there even though they have a listed arm to their business on the ASX.Only the naive would think otherwise like DC.
