Potential Acquisition of Further Interest in the Manono Lithium and Tin ProjectAs advised in the previous quarterly report, AVZ is still currently in discussions with its Joint Venture partners of the Manono Lithium and Tin Project (“Manono Project”), Cominière SA and Dathomir Mining SA (“Dathomir”) to purchase up to 5% each of their interest in the Manono Project.At the current stage of the discussions, there is still no certainty that an agreement will be reached between the Joint Venture partners.
