Its an interesting point.
Way I see it if Halcyon update Nova with results they would be
obliged to inform the market.
Halcyon could decide it is not in their best interests to say
anything because of Nova being publicly listed.
Or there could be a conversation somewhere along the lines of....
Hey guys how is development going?
Its going great we have.........
Ok we don't need to know anymore just keep up the good work.
Who knows what the protocol is.
Sounds to me like a grey area with room to move either way.
