It would be understandable if Rahal's business did grow as SYT grew.
I've had shares in other companies where a director owned consultancy company was subcontracted by the company they were a director for.
So I assume that as long as it is disclosed, it is above board and legal. In fact I could see some advantages especially when the director has a lot of skin in the parent company.
