The opening paragraph states that the Directors and Independent corporate advisers considered the delisting proposal "the highest potential value creation development option to fund the PIOP".... I would love to see that Independent Report..... any chance a few copies are available to shareholders at the EGM ?
I love page 3 "Operational Activities" - During the quarter, the Company conducted limited operational activities as the next phase of work on the PIOP (and Canegrass) needs substantial working capital funding. That's it - the end. Thank God they had a whinge for the first 2.5 pages.
Despite that they spent $1.7m on administration and corporate costs !
