If you are complaining that the doctor wouldnt tell you personally via your email request that they are now making products in April (10th as you suggest), and ahead of the rest of us sharholders and the market - particularly when you clearly acknowledge about market sensitive information, does that not further answer your question as to why he probably didnt respond to you?
Maybe you should just follow companies that post on twitter everyday to make you feel warm and fuzzy and not deliver?
