My original post was not about the 233+ odd million, but since you ask...
Yacov owns approx 193 of the 233+ Million coming out of escrow.
He is also entitled to 99 of the 120 Million performance shares should they convert.
The 25+ Million are options out of escrow 10th May but don't expire until 1 May 2020
