Interesting times with ML sneaking out through the fire escape in July and yet broker data for the month reveals that five of the top six net buyers are big institutions - Citigroup, BTIG, UBS, Macquarie & Morgan Stanley with roughly 18M shares purchased (combined):

I'm guessing this institutional buying might be a common theme over the coming months as the big end of town gradually begin to get themselves set for the next big wave in the EV revolution.

By the way, Commonwealth (retail holders) were the largest net seller in July, of 13.7M shares.
