I'm not sure if I'm understanding your question, but are you talking AISC? If so, they estimated $870 an ounce x 25000 ounces for each year, works out to about $21,000,000 which, divided by 4, is just over 5 mill per quarter. They estimated cash outflows in the last quarterly for this quarter of just over $8 million. Not sure where you're getting 12.5 million pa.
