The ASX is generally pretty slow on these things TBH.
SYT have done a "good" job dragging out the Fox Gol suspension and them buying themselves another month by dragging out a consolidation date. I can't see the ASX getting involved in any major way until December due to the consolidation being set on the 20th.
It's all just delaying the inevitable though.
