Its possible that ARM may be holding more PDI shares after the recent placement where 125 mil shares were issued at .005 to PDI's largest holders. Also, if PDI may have sold some shares as a result of the PDI rise. However, the PDI drill results are really good especially for such a tiny company. For PDI to hold the 700% share price rise says it all. I remember SIR when they went up similar to PDI on day 1 and never looked back.
