My train of thought with a dump that jumps multiple lines is that a seller could be closing a position and selling the rest of their holdings 'at market' instead of iceberg selling.
Interestingly i see this is the case with the same transaction hitting both 1.5 and 1.4c. People with a substantial lot of shares are more careful not to spook the market, especially at major support.
