It makes it hard when they can't produce a DFS on time and within budget.
I believe this is due to lohmax, how much does it cost to attach lohmax, no mention of how much strategic metallurgy want for it's use. Who owns SM.
Too many unanswered questions. Logistics of having to ship from one continent to another might be another factor, where Canada or UAE? Cost will be phenomenal. Figures must be unfavorable, that's my opinion as why the DFS keeps getting pushed out, no cornerstone investors will like that.
