Yes that is one of the negatives but having a rights issue for all holders after the consolidation would be great to average down and build some capital and show the market some direction from mgmt. with S/Hs not just placement to mates....
Also I don't think getting to 40-45c will be that hard once the Cashflow start flowing and the outlook of $20-$40mill in returns just off Yarrow should we see the SP towards $2-$4 (If we had only 16-20mill shares on issue etc)
(The recoverable gas from Yarrow is estimated to be valued roughly £112m (A$200m) at prevailing natural gas prices in the region. $ROG free carry for 20%)
I really don't get the love affair with sub cent or sub cent SP's we have on the ASX
