The September 2019 Quarter released on 31st October, under Enviromental and Social update on page 4. "Enviromental Impact Study (EIS) has been submitted to the Ghana Enviromental Protection Agency (EPA) for approval". It's been a while since I was at School but this implies past tense to me. Then the very next point they say "EIS to be submitted shortly". I guess January could be considered shortly. EPA approval is the next critical stage in this project. It doesn't do a lot for my confidence in Management when they write misleading infomation in the quarterly. I hope we get a TO offer as JV or going it alone with this management team doesn't excite me at all.
