Ok we finally got something in the direction of what we wanted
I'd like to know the price they are giving themselves shares at. Bet you it's some sneaky 7-days vwap from this announcement, in lieu of payments for the foreseeable future
If it's in the 4c-5c range then they're getting millions of shares at bargain price without actually pushing the share price up, which would have benefited shareholders more
