I don't think any CR would be needed in the short term (3 months). The company is not doing any drilling work atm and all expenses reduced due to Covid-19 issue.

Toolebuc Vanadium Project as it's for sale or JV partnership.
Moora Ni-Cu-PGE project; the rock chip sampling was done by Washington Resource in 2008. Now LTR recently completed gravity survey and auger sampling program also includes the first ever field assessment of the large gravity anomalies underlying the western part of the Project area.
Further work will be planned once data is received for the above work. It will most likely comprise shallow AC drilling to define anomalous nickel-copper zones within the prospective units, moving-loop electro-magnetic surveys to define possible massive sulphides and deeper RC / DD drilling to test any targets identified.
If this project requires more money for uncovering the potential I'd be happy with any CR as it'd represent a huge upside potential for the sp.
KV Lithium ProjectNo drilling is planned for KV project anymore. Only the work for updating MRE and PFS is being done atm.
It will be sold in next 6 months (if not in 3 months) IMO. I can't see any other thing could happen to it.

Post #:43111976) Wesfarmers is my favourite "prospective buyer" of KV project.
Because Wesfarmers is now involved in lithium business I don't think they will stop only with Earl Grey deposit (95mt @1.5% Li2O). They will go all the way to the bottom of it IMO.
Wesfarmers plans to be integrated upstream processor but does not involve to downstream business side of it. Then they must try to have as much resources as they could have in Australia. LTR"s KV deposit is the only option for them.Wesfarmers has the money as well.
Now I am waiting for the result of Tianqi's Greenbushes stake sale. It will be revealed in these days. If the buyer is not Wesfarmers then the probability of WES buying KV project will increase to very high level (would be nearly certain for me).
