    "Cash on hand at the end of the Quarter was $485,000. The Company has sufficient funds to complete
    the activities planned for the forthcoming Quarter, being completion of the open pit mining studies,
    process design and costing, metallurgical testwork and compilation into a Scoping Study. For this reason,
    along with recent measures taken to reduce administrative and corporate costs, the Company does not
    anticipate raising capital during the forthcoming Quarter. "
