Nothing that hasn't been mentioned before regarding the accounts receivable. There's a good chance at least some of that figure is at least doubtful debt.

Not sure how they will explain when they can't collect. I suspect a similar thing happened with Atkay so they had to come up with some excuse why they decided to abandon the partnership and the business development loan provided to them.

The only way I can see funding is a line of credit and even that is doubtful due to having no real assets as collateral.
