In relation to companies making false and misleading announcements and accusing the BoD of doing so and leaving out key details. Let me compare this to another company that you have invested in. Back in 2015 I invested in a graphite company that the MD at the time announced they were FAST TRACKING their discovery to production by the end of March 2017 .... He also stated that there would be little dilution as the JV partner would be responsible for the start up costs. At the time there were 850 mill shares on issue .... In March 2016 he announced he was setting up shop at the site to supervise the construction of the plant etc.... this was an official announcement. by the way he again repeated that announcement in March 2017... As you are aware the so called finance that was waiting for final approval has never been signed nor has there ever been any announcement that all these funders have disappeared. Furthermore the CR were only going to be minor were also to help seal financing... When the company reached 4 bill + they were forced to do a CONSOLIDATION and since then have further deleted by over 200%
When comparing EGR against this company IMO you are picking at straws and ignoring the past of this woeful company..... If you are honest and brave enough you will see that the CR by EGR have in the LT achieved the goals they were raised for.... We are now waiting for approvals from the respective AGENCY and unfortunately those matters are out of EGR control.... These CR have also added a lot of value to the company proven by the increase in SP from 3 cents to around 18 cents today.... + having new Technology that has been proven to be a great asset to EGR....
You sadly want to twist the reasons for the CR and ignore the fact that the BoD did this as part of their required responsibilities and best interest of S/H`s...... So are you saying they should not have done this .... Are you accusing the auditors of misconduct as well... Further more EGR passed the scrutiny of the ASX...
