This is what the Company tells us today:



Its the third consecutive delay to the permitting. It was supposed to be finalised last year. We've been notified of each subsequent delay after the fact. No explanation of the reasons, just a weak statement buried at the back of the report.

In this context, its real hard to have any confidence the permitting issue will be resolved by end May.
