However I think the regional news media would be the place to look to see if any farmers have signed on as a farmers group to support the port
They are the catalyst.
The Port is a shovel ready project with all approvals in place.
Maybe the word has leaked out that Scomo is actually going to show some leadership and allocate Federal money.
The Liberals need to read up on Modern Monetary Theory and understand the States can not spend to infinity.
Only the Federal Govt can do that [ without limit & I cite Japan as an example for past 25 years ] as they create the currency.
Without the catalyst we just must assume the shareprice uptic is just following the iron ore price.
