Environmental Clearance Certificate (ECC) seams to be the next tick in the box. Once that has been granted it looks like the Namibian permitting would be sufficient to meet the requirements needed for Karibib project funding https://www.dfc.gov/ http://www.oecd.org/development/development-finance-institutions-private-sector-development.htm it also is noted that the Abu Dhabi permitting for the chemical production facility will be completed in the Dec. Qtr.
With the submission of the PER and ESIA for the chemical plant in the 4th Quarter should be all that is needed for funding requirements.
Once receiving all necessary permitting will come financing. Maybe a fourth quarter announcement concerning funding contracts
