    This is a bit troubling.

    My reading, and I could be wrong, is that customer growth has been very reliant on high levels of advertising, and once this advertising disappears, customer numbers fall steeply.

    The dollar-based net retention rate appears to be well below 100%, and customers do not appear to be very sticky at all.
