I have sold based on these results. I intend to re-enter when the company is confident enough in their product to tell us the net retention rate and prove the business model is sustainable without spending all their money on advertising. I know SAAS businesses have to advertise constantly, but they also have to retain customers and this doesn't look to be happening.

I'm going to wait to see how JARVIS affects the business performance on hopefully re-enter the stock later in the year.
