Well, it would be a good opportunity right now if someone wants to position themselves into having a serious position in DCN.
SP is stuck at a lower value than it should be and the continuing softening of the GP price - probably more accurately a new lower settling price - may keep the SP subdued for a few months. Suspect the SP with strengthen by the end of the year.
