Have you considered that it may not be Aahana taking over but rather another company? Bayan is most likely as they don't have any metallurgical coal assets only thermal. Thus they (Aahana) will be out to prove the resources (especially TBar) and get into production to prove that it's all possible. Then they (and us) will be negotiating for a higher buy out price. They win big but so do we. The only area that is unsure is the timeline for the potential negotiations and takeover. Will it be in 6,12,24 months??? Who knows at this point. Let's just start getting the stuff out of the ground and onto the barges and go from there. At any rate, the SP has been ridiculously low for too long. It is due for a big rerate very shortly as we're expecting big news flow, dare I say, imminently. FOMO will be kicking in soon enough.
