Are they waiting on full confirmation and stance regarding the Kribi link? Maybe? Are they seeing sovereign risk as an issue. Extremely doubtful! Will we see big players jump over each other after someone makes a play? Very likely imo, almost certain! Are they predicting a decline in AI demand in the long term. Nope, on the contrary! Are they doing a Buffet and keeping the wallet shut and at this stage side line observe until this virus and its crazy repercussions are known? Maybe some truth to that to a degree! How come funds aren't showing up on screen and moving this thing to at least past 20c, 30c? I have no idea, especially now they have the metrics post feasibility release. Maybe related to the above.
