4.5M spent on exploration and evaluation. I would think the majority of this is FEED. The work SMS are doing is not cheap - lets remember we are paying them handsomely to complete the process at a very high standard. I hope the board this time is serious about this being the last raise before finance/FID.

The owner operated mining scenario is interesting. Does this mean mining companies are quoting too high and it may be better for the company to hire subcontractors itself rather than a corporation?
